  • Can you cater for allergies?
    Our kitchen and equipment frequently comes into contact with all allergens and therefore, regrettably, our workshops will not be a safe place with those with severe allergies. For those with intolerances or lifestyle choices relating to diet, please contact us to discuss the options prior to you making a booking.
  • Can I cancel a booking and receive a refund?
    In short, the answer is potentially yes! However this is very much time dependent as we do not allow cancellations / refunds too close to the event date due to our not being given sufficient time to reallocate the time or space that you had reserved. Please ensure that you read, understand and accept the Terms and Conditions relating to cancellations and refunds before making a booking.
  • Do you require a deposit for party and private bookings?
    Yes we do. You will receive an email to confirm if your requested time is available but your private booking is NOT in place until we have received a deposit or full payment (dependent on the specific booking type). We usually give you one week to process a payment. After this period the time slot is opened up as available to the public to book again, so please do check back regarding availability before processing a payment if outside of one week.
