Berry Bakewell

Always a crowd pleaser! This yummy Bakewell tart recipe can be adapted to suit whatever berries you like. Simply choose you berries (fresh or frozen) and a matching jam and it will work beautifully. We used blackberries and blackberry jam, but you could use raspberries, blueberries, mixed fruit...the list goes on!
